To obtain a refund and start a return, email us at support@regalpetboutique.com. We offer full refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility Requirements for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging including any tags.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase including photos or video detailing the damages/defects.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Pet apparel is ineligible for return or exchange out of an abundance of caution and to prevent the transmission of diseases such as parvovirus.
- No refund returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced, including custom size, custom color, custom printed, or custom built items.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card credit for the value of your return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus a shipping and handling fee. It can take between 7 - 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. All item(s) sold with a quantity discount and returned may be charged at the original sale price if the item(s) purchased fail to qualify for the quantity discount. All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of you placing your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are shipped using DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket depending on your location and the fastest available service. The typical delivery timeframe is between 10 to 15 business days, however, you may receive your items earlier. Delivery timeframes for international orders are from 15 to 25 business days. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track your order every step of the way. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control due to customs or postal delays. Anticipate a longer delivery timeframe for the acrylic products or handmade products as they are made-to-order. The delivery timeframe for these products are typically 15-20 business days from the order date to the delivery date.
